Sourcing

Strawberries are the first red fruits to be picked during the summer season. They are sensitive fruits, so severe weather can damage production. The fruits are collected from the fields and the essence is sensitively recovered following the production of their juice concentrates.

Poland

The Polish strawberries are harvested by hand during 4 to 6 weeks. The farmers in Poland apply strict organic requirements to their fields: no pesticides, water saving.
